    Kiwi  wine line technology advantages

     

      The preparation method of the kiwi fruit wine processing production line comprises the following steps:
    1. Kiwifruit crushing: fresh and ripe kiwifruit is picked, sorted and selected, and the diseased fruit, rotten fruit, mildew and impurities are removed. The kiwifruit sprayed with pure water  is cleaned and dried, and the kiwi fruit is dried. Broken into kiwi fruit pieces and placed in a  clean fermenter;
    2. Pre-fermentation: Stir the dried yeast, pectinase and white sugar activated in the kiwi fruit  pieces, and let stand for 7-10 days in a room with a temperature of 18-24 °C;
    3. Post-fermentation: The kiwifruit fermented material obtained by the pre-fermentation is subjected to pressure filtration to obtain kiwi pre-fermented juice, and the kiwi-fruit pre-fermented juice is placed in a clean storage tank, and is allowed to stand in a room at a temperature of 18-24 ° C. 21-28 days;
    4. Separation and clarification: After the kiwifruit fermentation broth obtained by post- fermentation is allowed to stand for 21-28 days, the wine feet are separated to obtain kiwi wine liquor;
    5. Filtration: The kiwi wine was separated and clarified, and then kiwi wine was obtained by filtration through a microporous membrane.
