Green plum  wine line technology advantages

 

  The preparation method of the green plum wine processing production line comprises the following steps:
1. Pick fresh green plum without mold and pests, wash, denucleate, drain, crush, put into the      impregnation tank, then add pectinase and cellulase, digest at 35 °C, and separate the  fruit 
by filtration. Slag, get green plum juice;
2. Adding an acid reducing agent to the green plum juice to adjust the acid content of the  green plum juice; then adding white sugar to adjust the sugar content of the green plum  juice, inoculating the yeast, and performing alcohol fermentation at 25 ° C for 7 days to   obtain the original wine;
3. The raw wine obtained is fermented for 12 days at 25 ° C, and filtered after the                           fermentation  to obtain a liquor;
4. Continue to age for 3 months under natural conditions at room temperature. There is no turbidity and precipitation during the aging process. After sterilizing and bottling, it is prepared into green plum wine.
