Lychee  wine line technology advantages

 

    The preparation method of the litchi wine processing production line comprises the following steps:
1. Screening: Immature and rotten lychee are screened in fresh lychee to ensure the freshness and purity of lychee wine;
2.Shelling to nuclear: first remove the litchi shell, and then remove the litchi core. This is to facilitate pressing;
3. Pressing: Pressing the lychee after shelling and denucleation, but not all the lychee juice can be pressed out, only about 40% can be squeezed out, which is to facilitate the better fermentation of litchi;
4. Fermentation: In order to maintain the pure flavor of lychee wine, the original taste of lychee can be maintained, and the lychee meat and the lychee juice are pressed together into the fermenter for fermentation;
5. Filtration: Filtration of fermented litchi wine, in order to ensure the fresh fruit flavor and fresh color of litchi wine, must be carried out under vacuum during the filtration process;
6. Packing: The filtered litchi wine is put into a special wine barrel for secondary fermentation;
7. Storage: During storage, the time and temperature should be very accurate. If the time is too short and the temperature is too low, the taste of litchi wine will become oysters and bitter, but if stored for too long and temperature High, the wine will become turbid;
8. Bottling: Usually, litchi wine can be bottled after three to four months in storage. The bottle mouth must be sealed immediately after bottling.
