Hawthorn wine line technology advantages

 

   The preparation method of the hawthorn fruit wine processing production line comprises the following steps:
1. Collection and processing of hawthorn fruit raw materials: Collect fresh fruits with ripening skin, yellow-brown skin and no pests and diseases as raw materials, then remove the residual fruits and rotten fruits, and finally wash them with a washing machine.
2.Cut into the core: use the nuclear machine to remove the hawthorn fruit, the whole fruit is divided into 4 petals of hawthorn fruit pulp.
3.Beating: the pulp will be pruned into the pulp.
4. Anti-browning: Add D-isoascorbate to the pulp to prevent browning of the pulp.
5.Go to pectin: add pectinase in the pulp, and enzymatic hydrolysis at 40 ~ 50 ° C for 2 ~ 3 hours, can remove pectin to prevent fruit wine turbid precipitation.
6. Sugar adjustment: Add white sugar according to the degree of production of alcohol to 12~14° and dissolve the white sugar in the pulp.
7. Fermentation: the dry yeast is added to the pulp for fermentation. The initial fermentation is carried out for 8 to 10 days, and then the fruit residue is fermented for 8 to 10 days until the  fermentation liquid has no sugar and the alcohol content reaches 12 ~14°.
8. Clarification: The fermented hawthorn wine is allowed to stand for 10 to 15 days.
9. Bartending: According to the flavor requirements of the finished product, the sugar of the  hawthorn wine is adjusted and adjusted.

10.Finished product: The sugar-adjusted and acid-regulated wine is transferred into the kiln  for 3 to 6 months, and then sterilized and filled.
