Mulberry wine line technology advantages

 

    The mulberry wine production line produces the pure mellow taste of the mulberry wine, and the preparation method of the mulberry wine processing production line includes the following steps:

*Harvesting of mulberry fruit;
*The mulberry fruit is fermented into the tank, and the mulberry fruit is put into the mulberry  crusher to be crushed and heated to form a mulberry pulp, and then the mulberry pulp is put    into the fermenter for alcohol fermentation;
*Adding auxiliary materials, the auxiliary materials use pectinase, potassium pyrosulfite and dry active dry yeast;

*The mulberry pulp is fermented into the fermenter, and the mulberry pulp is fermented at a  constant temperature of 22 °C - 25 °C for 14 days, the alcohol content reaches 11%, and after fermentation by precipitation for 20 days, the alcohol content of the mulberry wine is  12%. The original juice is converted into alcohol to complete a separation;
*The mulberry wine juice is clarified, stored and filled, and the clarified wine juice is  transferred to the wine storage tank. The mulberry wine juice is stored in the storage tank for    1-2 years, and finally input into the filling and packaging workshop to fill the finished product.
